Just a heads up that it caused me a high pulse heart rate with what I felt was flutterings...which happens to be a side effect! So I imediately stopped the B1 but still doing the R Alpha Lipoic Acid,and my heart rate stabilized and was lowered. For exercise I should walk. But yoga works for me.
