I filled out an electronic form tonight that she emailed re my health, family health, food, and such.


I learned that she is a Registered Dietician.

If she gives me food advice I will ignore her. If ignoring
does not work, I will dump her.

(I had one therapist who told me I had to eat breakfast.
I told her that science does not care when I eat.
I told her I would absolutely not be eating breakfast.
She finally gave up, but it was only a little while later that
I had to stop seeing her.)


Perhaps it's partly because I wake up late and hungover and
do not want to eat.

I am going to show up on time and be as hopeful as I can.
