Default Taffy takes AMN's advice!

Taffy takes AMN's advice! Fine. There I said it. Happy? Don't let it go it your head now. Oh to late! Cindy's head is swelling up like a big balloon. Red of course.

Now, AMN is probably wondering just exactly what advice did she give Taffy? What words of wisdom?

Fine. I will fill you all in.

So, Taffy is a whining like she does because she doesn't think it is safe or that she can walk the huge distance around Boy Scout Camp this year. She is sad that she will miss the week with 20 smelly little boy scouts, camp fire smoke, crappy camp food, oh the list goes on.

Cindy pulls Taffy up by her boot straps and wipes her muddy, snotty, tear streaked (maybe that mud was chocolate) face off and says, "Look, idiot. Why don't you just go spend the day? Could you do something else to help?"

So, the dumb founded Taffy did just that!

After spending 2 weeks pulling all of the required materials together so that they can attend camp. She went the first day. That 10 minute walk from the parking lot was a struggle. (yes, I had my cane/hiking stick) The whole way it is rock, rock, steep hill, steps, rock, rock, mud hole, mud, rock, dang did not see that rock...trip...gasp* but did not fall!

I helped set up camp. Each troop feels like they have their own little campground. It had rained all week before and the campsite smelled fresh and clean. I was able to see that the other adults can survive, epecially since I wrote a manual for them! lol

Well it was time for dinner and time for Taf to leave. One young boy scout asked me if I could stay the week. "No, just visiting for the day." Then I got out my knife. He asked me what the knife was for. "Just cutting the cord"

Thanks Cindy
