the prescription laxative stopped working. four laxatives later nothing. then I took olive oil and apple cider vinegar a little while ago. It worked. I just ordered some flaxseed, coconut oil and mct liquid to help go.. I have been having catastrophic thinking. I will continue to also have a lot of phillips caplets to see if they might start working again. They stopped working after I tried lactulose. I had a lot of soup and popcorn yesterday and marinated artichokes and a little tuna salad.
