As Bud has reminded us all. If a simple bump did not cause a problem prior to your concussion, it will not cause a problem after your concussion. You brain may try to play a memorized symptom track but that is just anxiety.

So, when that bump happens, think back to how you ignored it before your concussion and move ahead the same way.

The simple truth is this. Once the bump happens, there is NOTHING you can do to undo that bump. Nobody has a bump back in time time machine.

So, say ouch if need be and go on.
