I do not follow the biochemical approach to resolving the questions raised in efforts to understand the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis syndrome . . . I can not help but wonder, however, whether there is relationship between Bunina bodies and TPD-43 . . . the cartoon like images in the above stories suggest similarities exist.
