The way you describe your symptoms after the bump, it does not sound like any sort of concussion. It sounds like a common anxiety response with you looking for symptoms. When one self assesses for specific symptoms, it is amazing how they can suddenly appear. If we ignore the event (bump) and just go on with life, those symptoms will not appear.
I have a problem with headaches. Almost every time somebody asks about PCS headaches and I try to reply, I notice I have a headache. 10 or 20 minutes after I stop thinking about headaches, the head ache is gone. I know these are thought induced headaches. When I get a real headache, it will last for hours.
Try to keep reminding yourself that you have new and better things ahead. Keep moving forward without looking back.
