Oh I can get very angry. I've been known to write letters to people
and then just let them go. After I've calmed down I just tear them
up and forget about it. I never send the letters because I know
that at the time I have just a really bad time and need to calm
down and figure out what I need to do. So that is what I do
write a letter to who ever at the time I'm mad at. So I don't have
to apologize to them, I don't send it. At times if I'm mad at my
husband I'll give it too him. But he usually deserves it.
