Default Overcoming fear of bumping heads/kissing...CBT exercise ideas?

Hello,
Hope everyone is doing well.
One of the things that I want to do again that I’ve been afraid to do because of fear of bumping heads...is comfortably kiss my family members/people on the lips again.
I’ve become very robotic with hugs and kisses because I no longer think about “yay! Grandpa!” I just think “don’t bump your head...” and I have this urge to get it over with.
I have gotten over old fears since my injury (brushing hair, shampooing aggressive, laying down on pillow faster) just living life and practicing. But this one is really hard to get over because I don’t kiss people everyday.

Does anyone have any safe CBT suggestions on how to get over this?
Telling myself “it’s not enough force” doesn’t work for me. It’s just the sensation/thought of the sudden touch that really scares me.
It sounds so dumb, but I tried leaning and kissing my door so “see” that it didn’t touch my forehead, but even that scared me because I felt like my nose/lips touched the wood too fast.
I realize this sounds really weird and goofy but hey, if anyone has any suggestions, pls let me know.
