i had a wonderful visit with Sam, a pastor who is Jewish. at first there was no connection. i told him about being bipolar and how right now i am so angry.
He too experienced what I went through after my explosion when i was afraid of living and afraid of death.
he said he felt that way when he was a young child until he was 25. i was so shocked. then i felt so close to him. we also talked about suffering and anger.he said he would come next month
