It honestly depends on the person. My son has been
on lithuim for a while know. He doesn't gain a lot of
weight. And gaining some would be okay. He was very
underweight thanks to the lead in his body after his leaving
the job he had a few years ago.

So I think its according to the person and what they are eating.
I'm not sure though.
