Most Drs do much more testing befroe finding a clear dx of TOS..

Have you had Xrays or MRIs of neck, T spine & shoulders?
to check for any bony anomalies or damage that might be treatable/fixable?
Possible extra cervical ribs?
some have larger bones that can be a factor..

I'd start with a good ortho if your PCP doesn't suggest imaging for you..
Once you get the results of the imaging then you will know if something needs to be looked at & fixed, of it nothing clear shows, most likely could be NTOS (nerve) - pain, tingling
VTOS would be swelling of arms , discoloration when raised, dull achy, heavy feeling in arms
Pec minor can be also a factor.. armpit /chest sx

Explore our sticky threads up above to learn much more than my quick summary..
