I'm wondering if maybe because your maniac if your pulse is higher.
I honestly don't know but it would make sense to me for it too be.

I also think you and your psychiatrist need to figure out how
to get you back down off the maniac side. Yes, I honestly know
you are trying. But I think he needs to know how bad your doing
with this part.
