Default Whiplash - new injury?

Hi,

Earlier today I was in McDrive but when I got my burgers I clutched out too fast (I drive with manual stick/transmission) so my car sort of "jumped" forward and then stopped. I have tried this before, but this time it was a little more "violent" and my head tilted back (whiplash motion) and also touched the head-rest (albeit softly) and then returned to normal position. My head/body did not move forward so the seatbelt wasnt activated.

I was shocked from the event because I got a whiplash from a rear end collision 6 years ago which I had a hard time getting rid of. And soon after I left McDonalds my neck, shoulders and upper back started to tighten up, and is still tense with a very uncomfortable feeling which worries me.

Now, as Mark has explained in previous posts, a situation like this would constitute g-forces below 2 g - so I obvious havent got a concussion. But is it possible to get a new whiplash/neck injury from this? Anyone has similar experiences?

Any thoughts are very welcome.

Best wishes
