How is everyone doing?
For me, one day at a time is best for me. I have had this condition this September 24 years. Been on a pain management program since 2004.
It's been a long long time and that program is still doing well for me.
So...
How are you guys?
I thought it was a good question to ask, especially so close to and around the Holidays.

Work related (car) accident September 21, 1995, consequences:
- chondromalacia patellae both knees
- RSD both legs (late diagnosis, almost 3 years into RSD) & spread to arms/hands as of 2008
