It sounds like you did a great job on keeping productive. You are doing
a great job. I also think you need to stop giving yourself such a bad talking
to. I think the time on the computer is also helping you not drink. So I think
you are just substituting a thing or so. Your not picking either from what
I can tell. So that is good too. So keep it up.

I think you are doing great. Maybe you can find a new thing to drink on
vacation. I personally think drinking something hot would be a better thing.
