Ok we can reverse the zero percentage bit. The temp chat rooms I set up are empty so there won't be any smilies being used, but there is a background image.
I will PM you the link to the chats and a login name and pw so you don't have to register
If you can, log into the chat rooms and right click your mouse. Select settings, and change the hd space to 2%.
