Smile new here and to small fiber neuropathy

Hello everyone! I'm very glad to have stumbled upon this forum, as I see it's replete with fruitful discussion from those in similar circumstances.

I was recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy, as evidenced by reduced intraepithelial nerve fiber density on a skin punch biopsy.

My symptoms began as electric shock sensations on my hands and feet fomented by activity such as- typing on the computer or folding clothes for my hands, both of which would trigger the electric shocks on my hands, and walking, which would trigger the electric shocks on my feet. Now I get the electric shock sensations elsewhere (thighs, face, scalp, etc.) in addition to on my hands and feet. I also have intermittent sensations of pins and needles- usually brought upon by contact with surfaces bearing certain textures (e.g. unfinished wood, chalk, or various fabrics).

Question: I posted a thread a couple weeks ago (I can't post the link here since the forum requires that I accumulate ** posts prior to posting a link) inquiring as to where I can find providers who perform the QSART sweat test, but I haven't received any replies. Does anyone know where I can find a list of providers who perform the test? I live in North Carolina.
