You are doing so great. I think it sounds like for the losing weight you might need a small cheat day. So you can then maybe go back to losing again.

But I love the 50 days af, keep it up. It would be great if you hit 60 and yes I realize your going on vacation in about a week if I remember correctly.

But I've been impressed with your af days. So I'm hoping you can hit the 60. And if you can hit more it would be fantastic. I think even going on vacation if you leave next Friday its doable to hit 60.
