Just posting another thing that has helped my symptoms of Thoracic Outlet Compression. I found that placing 3" balloons under my armpit opens up the area and relieves some of my symptoms down the arms. Also wearing wrist splints with thumb support helps the pain in my upper arm where I've got a mass. (Dr. Atasoy calls it mass and says the rib resection will get rid of it.) There's a "mass" on my upper arms that used to go from my deltoid to my elbows. Very painful. Now it's just a mass where my biceps and deltoid meets, on both arms, though. I have bilateral TOC with scalene muscle involement.

And did I mention Botox injections in my scalenes. Those really helped but the doctor I was going to quit fooling with Botox. Bummer. There was a side effect of my right eyelid twitching. The doctor didn't think it was related at the time, but I've later googled and found research regarding scalene Botox injections. Yes, it does work but causes droopying eyelids.

It's amazing how we're wired up.

Peace...
