Default Swung the driver's side sun visor into head

Sometimes I rush myself too much when getting into or out of the car and this morning was one of those moments.

I had the sun visor adjusted to the left to face my driver's side door car window since it was pretty sunny on that side. And right before getting out of the car, I ducked my head a little bit and tried to swing the sun visor back into its spot pretty quickly. It was a bad idea with it being over my head. The problem was I didn't duck enough and so the visor hit the back of my head.

Not sure exactly how much force or what kind of acceleration is at play here. The car was stationary/engine off and I was a bit bent over to try to 'duck' the visor. It hurt a little bit but didn't really leave any 'pain.'

Could this cause a concussion? I'm assuming the inner visor material is made of a metal and swinging it into the head seems like it could produce an injury. Hitting the the head while the car is at rest/in park though? Main symptom has been a bit of a headache today and possibly some foggy memory, although it could be anxiety.
