they are called Ophthalmologists! and yes, they are the ones to see. they will do tests to see how well your eyes work together. and from there, it will be decided if you need visual therapy. plus they can determine if there are any problems on the 'eye ball' end of the connection line or the 'brain end' of the line. and they could give you all the recommendations you need, in terms of specialists or specialty clinics.

I just started with Ophthalmology last week, and the initial appt was about 2 hours!
