I think I have posted that I have dreams when I am awake.


1) A few weeks ago while I was waking up, the infant version of
me said this to me: " I am good."

2) The second message was this" "It's not O.K."


I cried over both: the first having to do with recognizing the goodness
in me.
The second having to do with how much things suck.


I cried for a long time. Somehow the crying helped a little.
