it is so good to cry. It releases toxins. Right now I am not getting that high from farnapt but when I did I realized how really crippling bipolar is. I don't know about you but I never have a sense of well being.
I am alone most of the time and even feel alone with most people. when I remind myself that I am not alone because God is always with me. He is the only one who understands.
