I have a couple MRI reports from the time after hip replacement in 2010. I've been dealing with advancing OA for some 60 yrs and at 81 have learned to live it all. Have done so much but will NOT do any back surgeries...

The MRI reports read like crossword puzzles...a lot of OA and good thing I'm retired as it's all advanced since my early 70's with hip job. My salvation is 1 ibuprofen/1OA Tylenol every 6 hours with FOOD in stomach and sadly some resignation on what has gone on with me. Lower back issues started at 18 and here I am 81...

I take a lot of joint supplements too and give them some good trials and then I find new ones and go with them. c
