Most division 1 and pro sports trainers now start vision therapy immediately as part of concussion protocols. A quick check of your convergence would give you an idea...You do a convergence test by holding up a pen or a finger at an extended arms length in front of your nose. Slowly bring your finger in towards your nose until you see double. If you convergence is normal, your finger will be 2 inches or less in front of your nose. Abnormal convergence will be farther out. This is a sure sign you need some vision therapy.
