If in the USA, there are protections for discrimination...hostile work place, and more..
Might need to websearch for who to contact in your county or state or federal gov on the above topics.
There might be better options that I am mentioning.

If your work place has an HR dept. that might be the place to start.

They may move you to another area, or do something with the other person ...
Then if they fail you, go farther up the chain and/or into local government..
Start documenting at home what is said to you by this person, how it is different from what others are doing.. etc..
time lines , dates
All this may be needed if legal action become needed..

If all that fails talk to a good lawyer.
