yesterday i slept most of the day and evening. finally I started feeling better. I am a very compassionate person and I decided to use the compassion on myself. I spent so much time last night thinking how the bipolar messed up my life. It was wild. I really made myself suffer most of the time.
I am seeing my friend Joyce next wednesday. I haven't seen her in almost four years. She is my cat guru and has helped me get most of my kitty cats!
