Welcome to Neurotalk.
The first concept to understand is simple. When somebody has a concussion and/or whiplash, you treat the symptoms, not the impact. If your neck is sore or stiff, ice it.
Limit neck range of motion and practice good posture when you sleep or nap.
Read the stuff on TBILaw.com and subtlebraininjury.com
You would likely benefit from a Neuro Psychological Assessment. TBILaw.com talks about getting them.
Not reporting the accident was a BIG mistake. It was likely a violation of the law. Injury accidents MUST be reported, no matter what arrangements are made.
Did you get your car replaced?
