Personally I avoid the vaccine route, take none. I'm 81. I keep my immune system strong and truly believe Grape Seed Extract is my #1 hero in this area. Been taking it 25 yrs soon. Also, take my share of B vitamins daily.

Do meditation. And I've had chicken pox as a kid but have avoided shingles all my adult years. Work on the Mind/Body connection of keeping calm and positive.
