Default Jaw Bone Fragments

Hello All,
Im new in here tonight because I was googling about Jaw Bone Fragments and somehow after two hours of reading I found this forum and thought I would give it a shot.
I had 9 lower teeth extracted a little over a month ago and a full plate made. I have had many dental issues since an accident 40 years ago. After the one by one extraction, root canal, filling, wanting to just rip a tooth out. I have bone cancer and that complicated things for many reasons including being immunocompromised from treatment and many other things. The Dentist talked me into just extracting them, they truly were all disgustingly bad. Infected, embarrassing, so many issues, I agreed and thought since I already have an upper plate, get an entire new lower matching plate and perhaps smile again!
Well, a week or so after the extractions, I started getting large pieces of bone protruding from the base of my lower gum and the top and sides if that makes sense. Pieces were the size of a match head, very jagged, sharp as anything, as a former nurse, I would say they look like large kidney stones. My nursing career was always in the Emergency Room so, teeth are not one of my stronger knowledge points. As a matter of fact, I would trade another nurse and ICU patient for someone with a broken tooth, that is how much I hate teeth issues after my accident.
Anyway, I have had to stay of Plavix for ten agonizing days to go back to the dentist tomorrow and I am sure she is going to remove at least 5 more spots that are so sore and large bumps with pieces of the bone showing. I have not been able to use the plate since it was made due to this.
I wish I could figure out how to ad the picture so someone may be able to tell me if the doctor did something or if this is possibly part of Multiple Myeloma which is another issue. I think I figured it out. I hope I attached the right picture.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, I dont have enough posts (any yet) so I cant post a pic.

Thanks,

Mark
