Sounds like its alot deeper than being explained to you....If SS overpays you they just take it back.....

Also strange that you have gotten a response from SS faster than comp? Alot of this just doesnt add up.....Get more info!

Thanks For Your Response, my lawyer contacted me today said they are working with SS about the situation, said something about SS somehow got my dates messed up and thought that my workers comp claim was the approval date of my SS ALJ approval which was not the case, anyway they are working on it for me said it was just a screw-up and they are trying to get my payments started so we will wait and see. God knows I need it........Thanks Again!!
