Hi Jess
I do need to mention that you have now asked about this similar situation a number of times (bumpy car rides) and each time other members here have given you the same reassurances, that you are likely exhibiting anxiety induced symptoms, not concussive.

It's understandable, and seems prevalent, to be anxious about anything triggering further concussions, but there is only so much other patient members here can do, and they keep repeating the same reassurances.

If you are seriously concerned regarding concussions you need to consult your physician.
If you are suffering from anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy can be very helpful.
