seem to go along with all the other fun

side effects of RSD. Mine are not as bad as they were in the beginning, but I have to be careful of what I do or I have them really bad. Such as I went as a guest to the Y with my friend, all I did was run in place in the water for a short period of time just floated the rest of the time and woke up in the night to killer cramps in my calfs and muscle spasms in my RSD arm and hand

I don't take anything for them as my Dr. said to keep moving around and work them out. Easy for him to say
