Hi Larhid, and welcome!

I'm sorry I can't be much help to you as I have no experience or training in concussions. I'm a regular visitor at the MS forum here though and happened to see your post.

You don't mention your son's age but he's an adult, I assume. You do mention having seen many different doctors without any answers yet. You must have been to a neurologist or two or three? If not, that might be another avenue to try.

The concussion was nearly 5 years ago. That's a long time for him to have been having these problems. If he has a good primary care doctor, has he tried laying it out to that person by pointing out how long it's been and asking for suggestions?

Has he tried any counselling? Maybe there are ways of coping with the effects of the concussion, and a competent counsellor might have good suggestions.

I hope that others will come along with some helpful information for you and your son.
