hi bobby, I get stomach aches too, sometimes really bad. With me, it's one of the ways my body complains when it is stressed. Some time ago I went through the whole lower GI testing & no physical problem was found & the doctor concluded it was anxiety. Sometimes Rolaids Advanced, which includes a gas med, helps me. Stress/anxiety can cause chemical or hormonal reactions in the body. You probably already know that, so I guess I'm just reinforcing what you already knew & also validating your experience.
