Have you had a vestibular assessment? A bump like that can dislodge the inner ear crystals that help with balance. The resulting vestibular over stimulation can cause a serious fatigue problem.
Muscle spasms behind the ears with tenderness at the bony spots behind the ears can cause headaches.
Any forward impact of the head from behind can disrupt the proper position of the skull on C-1 and C-2. It only take 5 Gs to injure this joint. It takes 60 Gs to cause a concussion.
80% of concussion like symptoms are from this upper neck trauma.
A vestibular assessment should be a high priority.
