First your a1c isn't really bad for diabetes. And part of the problem I have learned with my diabetes is that I personally must go ahead and eat in moderation things I love or I'll operate it.

I've also been learning in this time if the virus as I call it that as long as Derrick is cooking, and he plates an amount on my plate it's much smaller than I'd usually eat. So He is doing me a favor it seems getting me to eat less.

I realize this isn't helping you. But if you could try not worrying about the spaghetti food. If eating not a lot you'll be fine
