Default Intracranial Sensations

Some of us can feel things inside our heads. I have talked to numerous people who do not have this sensitivity but their brain/head aches where their impacts were. I believe and have talked to a doctor who thinks our brain haven't healed from the original concussion. This happens with bones, joints, ligaments, organs, and other structures. Why not the brain. I am one of the people that perceives this brain sensitivity that leads to symptoms.

People say "the brain doesn't have pain receptors. You can't feel your brain move. There are many ways the brain can be felt. Yogis, monks, shamans, etc. can manipulate and feel their brains through conscious will.

Our brain perceive via thoughts and feelings in a dance of energy from the outside world and inside world. Our brain is the interface for this physical life. It receives energy, interprets energy, and then sends it out. There is so much exchange going on all the time.

If you were younger during your concussion - I was 17 - and got injured this is a big factor. Electro-magnetic energies are flying all over the air: wifi, smart meters, cellphone towers, cellphones, radiowaves, artificial lighting, electricity in cars, etc.

Our skulls were not as thick as an adult skull thus allowing more outside stimuli into our brains. This is how our minds actually grow. It's a cool process that our foundation of perceptions, beliefs, values, knowledge, and behaviors grow from a baby in a synchronous intermingling of physical energy and mental energy.

But the thickness of skull influences how much electro magnetic energy goes into the brain.

There is a ton of information on this. When I cut WiFi at home, my brain heals. When it's on, it stagnates or worsens. Cellphones make my head feel like $hit.

A brain injury drains the person of antioxidants, increases inflammation like crazy. Essentially a fire is triggered and the flames don't get put out unless serious action is taken to put out the fire.

This is a serious task we all have been challenged with. To be the researchers, patients, guinea pigs, and healers of our own being is what is at hand.

The greatest gift is detaching from symptoms and emotions. Meditation or some type of nervous system regulation, CBT/mindfulness is absolute to live well.
