I'm not informed about post-concussion syndrome but based on the symptoms you mention, I wonder if you've taken a close look at your diet? There is a long list of symptoms that are related to various diet deficiencies, and once those deficiencies are corrected the symptoms vanish.
Also, you mention a number of doctors you've been seeing but I don't notice that any primary care doc--usually a general practitioner or an internal medicine doctor--is involved. That person would be the one who could pull together all of the reports and test results from your other medical providers. That doctor would be the one who could help to put the puzzle together. Such a person should have been working with you all along, it seems to me.
