I have had so much trouble getting my money back from a misrepresented webcam. It really became the principle rather than the money. The new therapist uses zoom.
Finally in the middle of the night the issue was resolved I hope. After another amazon assistant reviewed the case and the latest emails, she told me I would get a full refund of 50 dollars and if I get the package I could just keep it. I was thrilled and of course slept about two hours.
