i didn't watch any news today. I didn't realize but I have been watching about 11 hours of news a day. It increases my anxiety and anger. I am going to try not to watch the news anymore. I will try to drink a lot more water.
i think the therapist is definitely going to work out. I wish I could speak to hi twice a week. i will eat more kiwis.
