This is the second time your air has gone out. And it worries me with your age. How many fans do you have? If you don't have at least two make the get you another one. Also if i remember correctly you had problems with your air conditioner after they bought a new one last time. If that happens this time make them come check things out.
It should last more than a couple of years.
