He said that high acheivers get RSD. I think that's about the same as Type A personalities and that's what we have talked about here many times. A lot of us are Type A personalities.

I don't understand though why it would hit people more with Type A personalities. Unless we push ourselves so hard we end up doing things to fast and then end up injured. I know I have always been a fast past mover and thought I could do anything when this happened to me. After all of my surgeries, I actually got to the point to where I thought I could go back to work and then I fell several times and injured myself on meds for my back.

I don't know if this makes sense but it kind of does to me.
