I had this same problem a few years back. It SUCKED! My Heart doctor said blood collected in the lower body from the heat of the bath and therefore blood pulled away from the brain. When you already have a brain injury (I have cerebral palsy) the nervous system can "panic" more in these situations of reduced blood flow. Yes my doctor said to immediately stop and sit down if dizzy. Hope this helps.
