People need to Stay Positive and spread positivity to others and NOT be in a gloom and doom mode **, my thoughts on all this. And don't be plugged in 24/7 to all the media.

Just talking to my friend back East and she has had her depression in her life and she says it's amazing she's not depressed but keeping in the positive and spreading good words to others.

I affirm and meditate on life and no exception here.
