Default Vit D Levels Linked to Lower Colorectal Cancer Risk

I have been taking upper doses of Vit D since 2006, and I don't do the SUN exposure I did for so much of my life.

Now talking to some friends who are die hard colonoscopy takers and who knows the number, we don't know and I don't care. I know what I do and don't do. I've never had a Colonoscopy and I'm closing in on 82 and will never do one.

Talking to a friend, she mentioned the Vit D issue and colon health. She is one who is on the fence in doing one and it sounds like she will not....she's probably 50-60 ....

My daughter who is 56 has had so many and even stomach surgery and boy does she regret what she didn't know back then. She will never get another colonoscopy she says. She followed mainstream medicine too long as she did not know better and TRUSTED...she's found out now at this age how she is now vs then.

Anyway there is a lot of info on the Vit D connection and colon health. Here's one link.

Also from years of taking Grape Seed Extract there is so much info on this connection too with colon health.

Do your research...
