I think that what is in the link above is not convincing.

I can see no evidence of what is called a double-blind clinical trial there. These are standard in evidence-based medicine.

In a double-blind clinical trial some subjects, at random, get the possible new treatment (in this case a homeopathic treatment) and other subjects get nothing (a placebo).

The phrase "double-blind" is important. Nobody involved in the trial knows which subjects got the possible new treatment (in the case the possible homeopathic treatment) and which subjects got placebo until the trial is over.

If somebody can show me the results of a well-designed clinical trial which shows that homeopathic treatment can be effective I will take them seriously. Until then I will not.
