I am no Dr. I do remember many years ago they told me to try and do the things I used to safely...Cut grass, gardening, ect....It would really tire my brain out.

And because my accident was a work injury, those privet investigators just ate it up.....Then my attorneys talked to my Dr. and therapists, and they all said the same thing....Try and do what you can, be safe, and never push it.

So the most important thing is be safe, dont over do it.
