just wrote an email to my doctor and said I haven't gotten the new medication and don't know what to do. I am depressed or sad and yesterday I wasn't. Right now my stomach isn't bothering me but have been having the worse time sleeping. I fall asleep early for a couple of hours and then I have big trouble sleeping more. I was searching the internet to find out how far back they found traces of humans. That strangely got me very upset o I finally stopped.
I did finish my absentee ballot and just have to put it in the mailbox.
Usually the antidepressant lasts a lot longer.I looked up some information on the Kaballah but then that got me depressed.
I hate so much being bipolar! It seems to get worse the older I get.
